Fannie Mae has confirmed Single Family Home Loan Limits for 2009 will stay the same as 2008 limits. If you are in a high cost area, the maximum property Loan Limits are restated also. In Illinois, this did not help homeowners trying to refinace out of high interest rate Jumbos.
